.Since February 2017, when Health & Wellbeing North Ward moved to Gregory Street, we’ve reverted to a simpler management structure with a Management Commiittee made of the principals and the Practice Manager meeting monthly to overlook the running of the practice and planning for its future development.
Michael Trigg Dip.PM, Cert.IV in Fitness
Michael has been involved with General Practice Management for nearly 20 years. He has been a part of the Health & Wellbeing team since we opened in 2007. Over the years he has gained experience in all things General Practice, but the part he enjoys the most is the Financial & Accounting aspects of the job. His responsibilities range from Human Resource Management, Payroll, Finance, Contracts & Service Agreement negotiations, and he even does the dishes and empties the bins……….occasionally.
Any time away from work is spent with his wife Ngaire and their beautiful daughters. Although the weekends are dictated by the AFL Fixture, he assures us that his girls all love watching Port Adelaide as much as he does.
Having completed his Certificate IV in Fitness in March 2014 he is also a Qualified Personal Trainer. Originally doing it to improve his own health and that of his family, as his knowledge grew, so did his passion for fitness and it is now a service that we will be looking to offer out of Health & Wellbeing in the near future.

Noel works at Health & Wellbeing North Ward when nobody else is there. That’s why few people see him during the day! He keeps all our computers running smoothly and upgrades software weekly. He is a Law Student, gives us his spare time and does a very good job of it!
