Telephone Access: Doctors at this practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. They will not take phone calls during a consultation. Reception staff obtains adequate information and a message will be sent to your Doctor. In an emergency, you will be put through to the Practice Nurse.
Opening Hours
Week days: We are open every week day between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Saturdays: We are open between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm

Fees structure
Health & Wellbeing North Ward is a private billing practice, the doctors may choose to offer a discounted rate for children or aged pensioners.
All Patients must present their Health Care card or Pension card at every visit.
Routine Vaccinations, General Practice Management Plans (Care plans), Team Care Arrangements and DVA clients will be Bulk Billed.
All First Nations patients who hold a current health care card or pension card, will continue to be bulk billed.
All First Nations patients who do not meet the above criteria, will be offered a discount from our usual fee.

General Practice
The hub for health, for every individual in Australia, is their GP. GPs have, over the last several decades, fulfilled the role of being health and health services ‘brokers’ for their clients
Allied Health
Allied Health consultations attract a Medicare rebate only when part of a care plan. For more information on fees for allied health practitioners please ask reception at the time of booking.
Mental Health
All our mental health services are Medicare-rebatable but for most of them a GP’s referral is required. Talk to your Doctor about this. A Psychiatrist can also refer for the same services.
Missed or Late Cancelled Appointments
All missed or appointment cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged a $40.00 fee.
Results
During your consultation your doctor will advise you of when they expect your results to arrive at the practice. All doctors require you attend the clinic to receive these results.

Your Rights: If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor, the practice manager or you may prefer to write to us. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
