Talicia is our newest receptionist to join HWB. She has made the move from the childcare/retail industry.

Talicia was born and raised in Townsville and will forever call Townsville home.

She is married with 2 young boys, so she doesn’t get much spare time, but when she does, she enjoys reading, camping and swimming.

Jess has lived in Townsville most of her life and joined the HWB team in November 2021 with 7 years of medical reception experience.

What Jess enjoys most about her role is the friendly patient interaction and no day is ever the same.

In her free time, you will catch her binge watching tv shows and movies.
