Debbie joined the Team in 2014, bringing with her many years of experience from within the health industry including Specialists, Psychologists as well as General Practice.

We are extremely privileged to have Deb, she leads by example in everything she does and throughly enjoys being part fo such a dedicated and dynamic Team. She loves getting amongst it, and troubleshooting and looking for better ways to do things to make the experience of visiting your Doctor flow as smoothly as possible. She finds her role at the front desk extremely rewarding, and along with our other Administration staff, is vital to the effectiveness and efficiencies of the systems that go on behind the scenes.

A Burdekin girl,  married, two sons, two daughter-in-laws and four grandchildren are her priority. She is an avid amateur photographer (published), is addicted to Instagram and a Fitness nut.

Tia’s career as a medical receptionist began in 2013, she has worked at a number of clinics around Townsville where she has gained invaluable experience.

She joined the team at Health and Wellbeing in 2015 as a Casual Receptionist and has just recently become a Permenant Full time member.

She is currently completing her Certificate IV in Medical Administration. When not at work, or studying, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and 3 cats and dancing with one of the local dance troupes.

Stephs smile is well known to all our clients and is our longest serving Administration Team member.

She commenced her journey with Health & Wellbeing North Ward in 2011 as a Trainee through TORGAS, upon completion of her Certificate III in Business Administration we were only too happy to offer her a Permanent role at Reception, which, to our delite, she accepted.

She can be found at the reception desk and is one of the first faces to greet you  upon arrival, she’s a people person, very caring and enjoys meeting new people every day. Steph is very calm under pressure and is very good at making everyone (Patients and Staff) feel welcome.

When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, shopping and reading the odd book.

We will miss her smile shortly as she will be on maternity leave caring for a new addition to her own family, but promises to return to us as soon as possible.
