Telephone Access: Doctors at this practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. They will not take phone calls during a consultation. Reception staff obtains adequate information and a message will be sent to your Doctor. In an emergency, you will be put through to the Practice Nurse.

Change in fees structure
The reality is that Medicare rebates do not cover the cost of providing you with a safe and high-quality service. Like every other small business it is not possible for this practice to meet our running costs each year without increasing our fees a little. The prolonged disproportioned Medicare rebate increases/ lack thereof means that this practice can no longer Bulk Bill indiscriminately.
From 1st July 2018 Private Patients of our Practice will be out of pocket approximately $42.00 for our most common services.
All Patients must present their Health Care Card or pension card at every visit.
If you have extenuating circumstances, please discuss these with your treating medical practitioner.

Results: During your consultation your doctor will advise you of when they expect your results to arrive at the practice. All doctors require you attend the clinic to receive these results.
