Telephone Access: Doctors at this practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. They will not take phone calls during a consultation. Reception staff obtains adequate information and a message will be sent to your Doctor. In an emergency, you will be put through to the Practice Nurse.
Week days: We are open every week day between 8:00 am and 5.30 pm
Wednesdays: We are open between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
Saturdays: We are open between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm

Change in fees structure
Starting July 1st 2017, bulkbilling is not automatic for new patients on a health care card or a pension.
New patients on a health care card or pension will be between $20 and $40 out of pocket. Doctors may extend bulkbilling based on circumstances.
Children up to 16 and Indigenous patients who are part of the ‘Closing the Gap’ program are bulkbilled.
Doctors do not bulkbill on Saturdays!

Results: During your consultation your doctor will advise you of when they expect your results to arrive at the practice. All doctors require you attend the clinic to receive these results.
Your Rights: If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor, the practice manager or you may prefer to write to us. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
